A few weeks ago, I ordered a few titles from Action-DVD.com. One of the discs was defective. I tried setting up an exchange via the procedure described on their website. I sent several emails with no response. I was finally able to get someone on the phone and was provided with a UPS shipping label to send the item back. Problem solved right? Wrong. According to UPS, the package was received on January 26th. Granted it might take a couple of days to send me out a replacement, but I haven't heard anything from them. My emails are unanswered and my phone calls during normal business hours are received by voicemail.

I've ordered items from other websites that have needed to be exchanged. This is the first time I have had such sub-par service. No updates to my order history and no communication from the company. It's too bad because they have good prices and their location makes for faster shipping to the east coast. But, I don't think I will be shopping with them in the future. I caution others who are considering shopping at Action-DVD.com.

Wow, That sucks! Ive been ordering from them and have had a good experiences. This is the second complaint on them that Ive seen recently. Ill think twice about ordering from them again.

I ordered my copy of "Hidden Obsessions" from them, and the disc seems to be okay. But I guess I just got lucky. This store has some of the lowest prices for porno films, which is why I went with them. But I also should look at other stores whenever I make my next porn purchase.

I've finally received my replacement DVD. Thankfully, it's working. It took over two weeks from the time I sent them my defective disc to receive a new one.

I decided to go with them again since they have the lowest price on the most recent porn DVD I wanted.

I actually emailed Action to let them know there were a few threads with complaints. I was hoping they would come into the forum to respond. But I guess not. They did respond to my email. They simply said thanks for the heads up. I think ill continue ordering from them until they screw up I guess. After all, their prices are good and shipping is reasonable.
