VCA has done an excellent job in restoring some of these classics but they are censored. I cannot understand why the executives at VCA felt that ANY of the scenes needed to be edited... they are MILD when compared to adult movies that are being LEGALLY made and LEGALLY sold today. Could someone please let me know if there is any place that offers golden age classics in their unedited entirety. [Link] |

Anyone who does any shopping for adult films will find that movies made today go way beyond what is being censored from the golden age classics. I cannot believe that a company can film and market golden shower, scat, vomit, bondage, S&M, torture, etc. films but the golden age classics can't be released uncensored. Even if their reasons are legitimate, and they are never released uncensored again, there were many copies sold before the edits were made and I would love to find them... so if anyone knows where they can be found please let me know. Look at Vivid...they edited a lot of their titles just to save a few bucks, but despite customer outrage, they seem to be doing just fine. [Link] |
