***Let me start with info as it relates to porn.***
1-Unless you are open to at the very least doing some nudity than I suspect there is nothing porn related that you will be able to do.
2-If you are open to nudity than there are quite a few companies that might be interested in shooting you.
3-If you said yes to nudity than your next thing to consider is whether you are open to softcore to mild midcore porn. That usually means you masturbating with your fingers or toys. He can also mean you being willing to do some lesbian stuff.
4-Doing fetish and/or clips4sales will in all likelihood involve nudity and you may have to do more a more intense type of midcore porn which borders on the hardcore. That usually means penetration with toys and the lesbian stuff is going to be a lot more intense.
5-I'm going to assume that you don't plan on doing hardcore porn so that means that the vast majority of porn companies will be closed to you. Doing any kind of porn is a major decision but doing hardcore porn is so much more because it's not the kind of thing you attempt unless you do some research or ask people that know what you may face once you do it.
***Now we are going to talk about non-porn related acting.***
1- I could be wrong but I believe that you have to be a member of the screen actors guilds to be hired for any kind of acting role. Not sure how you become a member but I suspect that any agent would be able to help you join the union. Not sure the cost for your membership but you might as well realise that living and working in LA is very expensive.
2-If you are already part of the union and you don't have an agent than you probably need to get one. The main reason for that is that studios probably only deal through agencies for almost any role from the simple stand in all the way to an actual onscreen appearance (with or without dialogue).
3-Like almost anything in the entertainment industry. How you look will usually determine what kind of roles you will be offered. You notice I didn't mention age because agents and studios usually don't care about age unless you are over 30. What they do care about is if you look younger than your age. If you do than you might be offered a role that should have gone to a younger person but the content requires a level of maturity that said younger person simply does not possess.
4-Do you have any acting experience? If you have some from High School or college than that will be an advantage. Doing some acting classes is probably something your agent will recommend and something you should try to do.
