I purchase a few blu rays from Seller movie kong, and it took 12 days or so to receive my blu rays,but this seller package four order in one package, without a packaging slip inside. I told them before it arrive I am cancelling my orders but receive them in one package. I have retune the blu ray. By return to sender, and emailed adm and the seller, but no reply. It's been over a week of emails and leaving messages on voice mail but no reply... These items have been return I guess I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute these charges, in return adm will probably not allow me to buy from there site again. I just email both again, I guess I'll see I receive a response from them..... [Link] |
