Sorry to de-rail the topic a little, but I'm always open to feedback. Was the DVD pricing ok? Keep in mind, I can't compete with the online sites for many reasons, but the biggest one being that they have a low overhead, whereas mine is close to 20k a month just in regular bills, not counting the bills for the vendors/distributors. I can also tell you about the other arcades around Las Vegas, I've been to most of them to see what they do differently than us. The Fantasy World chain (owned by Paladin) makes you buy cards, and then you can load them with money. Minimum $4 purchase. Peepland is a $0.25 just get in the door, and $1 for every 5 mins. Peepland also has stuff in their arcade I won't deal with, such as glory holes, beastiality porn, fisting porn. I'm not trying to lose the license. There is also Sinderellas near my big store. It has 25 different booths, and you pay $10 for a 10 hour window. Only problem is that the booths only play 1 movie in each, there are so many guys cruising this place, and there is no volume on most of the booths. If you're fine with all that, especially the guys cruising, then it's a great deal. Adult Superstore chain is same as us, except they don't seem to clean too often. I also have theaters at all three locations. Big location has 4 screens. 1 gay movie, 1 tranny movie, 2 straight movies. Love Boutique has 6 movies playing, 1 gay, 1 tranny, 2 fetish, 2 straight. Little darlings has 2 screens, plays whatever the customer asks for, as there is never more than 4 guys in the place at once. [Link] |
