has anyone used this online shop - www.adultblurayhddvd.com? I placed an order with them in early May and I'm still waiting for it to come. They're a US company and i'm in the UK so i'd expect to wait a couple of weeks for an order to turn up. Ive used lots of US firms and all usually arrive within a week of purchase. Just wondered if anyone has had dealings with them and if they are reliable?

I have used them for five orders now,
there is a delay of a few days between order and the email saying the items have been dispatched.

I live in the UK as well and the order arrives in less than two weeks.
I would highly recommend them.

My #1 store at this moment. I think I bought around 250 DVD's from them so far all with no problem.
You can check your order status online with them.

Judging from your responses they are a ligit set up and don't mess customers around. Looks like some thieving bastard customs officer or postman has had off with them.

well didn't get any help from this company at all re missing order so won't be using them again. All I was told was basically tough, its gone missing and I should have opted for the more exspensive delivery method. Don't see why this is my fault as ive never had problems with other US based firms with same delivery charges. Ive only ever had 3 orders in the past go missing and they were european suppliers who either refunded my money or sent out replacements. Quite disapointed with this lot as far as help is concerned. Was wondering if it was worth complaining to my creditcard issuer to see if they can help?

How do you know the customs from your country didn't take your order. Like I've said before I have ordered many times with them for a while now and never had a problem!

I doubt it from looking at their international shipping. Most of their methods say delivery is not guaranteed. If you used one of the methods that says "delivery is guaranteed (unless confiscated by your country custom" and they can not prove customs confiscated it then a complaint to your credit card issuer might help. But if you used one of the methods that states "delivery NOT guaranteed" I don't think that your credit card company will help since there is no guarantee on delivery.

thanks for the replies anyway fellas. I'll just have to put it down to experience. I just didn't think much of their customer service and the response i received. I'll stick to my usual suppliers in future, at least they've always been helpful, this lot didn't want to know.

Jimmy, I'd suggest you check your credit card provider's policies before you totally give up. If you can show the correspondence and that you've exhausted all avenues open to you then they may be able to help - it will depend on the small print.
