Even though i don´t buy items from companies in the US that much ... every time i do i wonder why there´s no invoice enclosed . You may not know it but it seems "every" package that comes out of the "911" zone becomes "autohostage" by customs ... and they want to see an invoice in order to process the package. The good "old trick" to declare it as gift is of no use either anymore. Furthermore, if you have to declare a value for insurance purposes at least put an invoice with this value along with the item inside the package ! Customs keeps the packages only a certain amount of time before they send them back. I emailed the guy/company from my last order and i still have no answer and time is running. Anyone else having some thoughts on this ? And btw it wasn´t any adult related material cause i could say good by to that one right away --> customs Cube [Link]
ORGAZMIK Member Switzerland 133 Posts 3/01	Posted - Jul 11 2008 : 10:42AM Well, it's quite normal that customs ask for an invoice. How else should they be able to calculate taxes and duties? In some countries customs just assume a value in case the invoice is missing. The assumption is usually a multiple of the real price so it's better to have the sender to include an invoice. It's indeed a difficult situation of the sender does not supply an invoice, maybe you've got an order confirmation showing a summary and total amount to provide to customs? -Peach [Link]

But i got the feeling that it was pure luck cause i know how stiff guys from customs can get if you don´t follow "the rules" Yet i´m still waiting for the sender to answer my question about the invoice Cube [Link]
