I ordered Deep Anal Drilling and Gape Lessons from the company on the 24th September. These titles were released on 27th September. I heard nothing about my order for almost three weeks until I emailed the company as to the progress of my order. I was then informed by email on the 11th October that they were still waiting for these titles to come into stock. When I placed my order there was no indication given that these items were not in stock, and certainly no mention that I would have to wait for over three weeks before they would become available. Meanwhile, a number of contributors to ADT have already received and reviewed said films. I understand that there will be some delays in receiving discs from the US but there is little point in me ordering new releases if I am going to have to wait six weeks to receive them over here in the UK. A recent email complaint about the delays elicited no apology and a standard reply that the discs would be sent out when they arrived. I've now given up and placed my order with another company. They take all their time. when it's a out of print dvd they always say that they're waiting the stock from the manufacturer, so you can wait a very long time with no news. You'll never know before orderering something if the title is in stock or not, you have to send them an email. [Link] |
