On a computer not too much of a problem if you have software such as VLC. On a standalone player, make sure it can read PAL and NTSC and is multizone capable... I'll pass this option for now, not unless I have extra cash to buy DVD player and TV that can convert PAL to NTSC etc. Is that the VLC Media Player from VideoLan? From this post, I understand this is not an issue if played on the computer using a player like VLC Media Player If the DVD is region 0, then no issue, I'm all set to watch the European DVD on the computer.
