Is this company getting to big and forgetting about their customer? I work day shift, and when i get home they are close to call them. I wih they have evening customer service and weekends to answer my question. It seem email isn't doing it. Is Adult dvd going to extend their hours to provided better customer service? It has only been 6 days from the time that jeng responded to you and gave a shipping date. Jeng did respond and gave you a toll free number to contact them. I would suggest you try calling them and see if you can get a resolution to your situation. Posting further messages here in the forum won't accomplish what you want, which is to receive your package. From jeng's response it doesn't sound like they are forgetting about their customers. If the shipping has been too slow, you might try selecting a different method next time. [Link] |
