The folks at AdultDVD69 are very professional in every way. I never received any defective DVD until this one time. Recently I received my copy of My Plaything:Jenna Jameson 2 and one of the disc was defective. I e-mailed AdultDVD69 and the next day I received another new copy of My Plaything:Jenna Jameson 2, talk about fast service!! Then I use the same envelope and mailed back the bad one. Usually other stores require you to FIRST mail back the bad DVDs not to mention the non-immediate response. I'm very impressed with AdultDVD69's customer service. [Link] |
