They're not bad. However, that's a very general question. They are not distributors, they are resellers who have a VERY large catalog which is not entirely accurate. If you have any doubts about the availability of an item then I suggest you email them about it first. They'll attempt to order anything not already listed as "For historical reference" and consequently it may be some time before they let you know a title isn't available and refund your money.

Based on my limited experience with them, I'll probably never shop from them again. It isn't that they didn't make good eventually, but the hassle I had to go through wasn't worth it in the end. If you do a search for 'excalibur' in the shopping forum from the beginning of ADT to now you'll find many threads with people sharing experiences, good and bad.

Before ADT, I used them. Now, I feel that there are others who just provide better service--not that Excal is awful though.

I use Excalibur for movies that are not available from anywhere else. They apparently have the rights to replicate movies from many companies. For those movies, they are the exclusive distributor of them. Typically the quality of these DVD's is only that of VHS.

However, if there is a movie that you want to own and they are the only one that has it, there is no other choice.

As a retailer, I've never had any problems with them.

Thanks for the reply guys. Bill I would like to order some of there VHS tape series called Creme De La Face by Rodney Moore. I read that OGV ran out of business so I am wondering the quality of there service as well as you stated about hard to get movies. In my case would be the Creme De La Face series.

Do you think I would have trouble trying to get the Creme De La face series from them, have you order this series from them before?

The movies that they replicate themselves tend to be much older movies than the Creme De La face series.

If they claim to have these movies in stock, they will probably send the originals. If it is not currently in stock, there may be a problem getting them.
