hi i am interested in ordering around 7 dvds from www.adultdvdnow.com i live in london and want to use their express shipping option
has anyone used them before?
if so what were your experiences with them?
how long do they take to deliver:
from the regular postal method?
and form the xpress delivery method?
Are they customs friendly ?
how do they ship the dvd's-in their original casing or in "safe" cardboard disc holders?

has anyone ever had a package seized by customs or had to pay import duty?

i'll appreciate all responses

ADN are the ones I usually use, they are pretty quick (average about a week?), everything is packed well (no boxes, put in paper sleeves in a computer mag), customs never opened any of my suff from them. My only problem is they're a bit dear, but they do provide a great service.

thanks for the info buddy
but can you tell me if they include the cover artwork of the dvds in the package?
and also my order is quite big @ around 10 dvds
will they be able to fit all these including the cover artwork into one computer magazine?

They came with the inlay sleeves and booklets or whatnot, it was just the cases they left out (you can get spare cases pretty cheap in HMV or somewhere). For about 10 disks they would most probably send them in two packs of 5.

They do a good service, you'll be pleased

Hi General,

I am a very satisfied and loyal customer from ADN. I have ordered about 150 DVDs from them the past half year. The regular delivery method was successful and fast in every case (fastest: 3 days, slowest: 8 days). No package was lost on his trip to germany.
3 days ago I decided to use the express option for the first time. It seemed that they use UPS, so I checked the UPS pages to look for the estimated arrival in Germany. Muy bien, it should arrive on Friday (today). Yesterday I asked ADN for my tracking number, which I did not get, so that I can check the status of my little silver plates.
They informed me, that they use DHL right now for the express option and provided me with a tracking number.
What can I say? Right now, my package is in cologne for customs check. I will hope, that I still get it today, otherwise I have to wait until Tuesday (terrible!), because we ha a holiday on monday, and DHL does not work on Saturdays.
I think, the express option is not worth the money.
