Are you having problems with receiving e-mails recently?
I've e-mailed twice about returning faulty discs for replacement, but have not had a reply.
Out of curiosity, is anyone else awaiting e-mail replies from ADN ?

Which email address are you using? I just tested it with no problems.

I got a phone call from an ADN CSR a few minutes ago. They are experiencing problems with their email server. (I was told the email address I tested above goes to a dfferent server.) They are trying to get thier ISP to fix the problem right now. They aren't ignoring you.
