I had an absolutely terrible experience with these guys.Firstly as I know now, they are not actually located in the UK but in Le Mans in France. I made an order for 6 DVD's. Half the DVD's took three weeks to arrive and the other half did not arrive at all. I kept on emailing them asking about the Order Status and they replied with one line comments such as "They are on their way". One of the DVD's never arrived and my house and the other one was never sent according to them. When I requested a refund they told me that they will not be refunding me for the one they sent. They said that it is my problem whether or not it arrives. When I requested a refund for the other one, which they agreed they never sent, they refused to reply to my emails. I tried ringing their phone number only to discover that it is permanently connected to an answerphone and never manned. I left a message on the answering machine but again they ignored it. They know that people do not want to get involved with Credit Card companies in disputing a payment from an adult website and therefore take advantage of the situation. As far as I am concerned, they are a totally bogus website and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. [Link] |

After telling AdultDVDSite what I was doing in posting that info on Forums and I also created a web page myself and posted it on it, using the same serach criteria as AdultDVDsite use, I got an email telling me that my credit card had been refunded. I have also contacted their promoters such as google and other well known serach engines. I then emailed them to tell them the steps I have taken to fix them and finally after an month and countless ignored emails, they have agreed to issue me with a refund for the DVD's I did not receive. Anyway I have done a lot of damage to them now so I am happy. Most of the search engines I emailed have agreed to take their link off and through forums like this, I will have dramatically reduced their customer pool. These guys pretend to be an English company when they are actually from France. Thanks for removing their link and for all who read; AVOID ADULTDVDSITE.co.uk at all costs. [Link] |
