I will be directing my first flick next week and I can't stand watching people have sex and not getting a piece of the action. Are most females in this business ok with me asking if I can have sex with them before the shoot? I don't want to have sex with her after because I will be filming a cream pie and you know how that goes..
This HAS to be a joke. Can you spell UNPROFESSIONAL? Do you work for free? The girls are paid a fee based on what they do IN the scene, not BEFORE the scene with the Director, or anyone else. The agencies won't send their girls to you if you get this kind of reputation. Start wearing a cup in an athletic supporter, so it won't hurt as much when you get kicked in the balls. The girls who work for us love to, because they are treated with respect, and are NEVER approached for sex.
Assuming free sex as a director is probably not the best thing to do, it probably lowers the channce of that drastically.
This is why we see those bonus BJ scenes, because the director needed something for himself. I would think some girls wouldn't mind sucking up to people they like working with though...

LOL sounds like "if I buy a cam-corder will girls fuck me?"
If I may, industry veterans will likely attest to the following:
After a long, humid 12 to 14 hour day of dealing with flaky girls, male talent with troubling family issues who can't sustain wood, tardy crew members, malfunctioning equipment, stolen rental gear, hot catered meals that arrive ice cold, subsequent complaints from all for having to eat BURGER KING or KFC AGAIN and porn dilettantes who offer their luxurious homes as major production locations only reneg at the last minute out of fear of what the neighbors will think, trust me, friend. The LAST thing you will be thinking about is getting your "nut on" in the bathroom after the day has wrapped. Grudge-fucking, maybe.

I always assumed all these POV bonus scenes are for this exact reason. Of course, I'm sure you have to pay them for it. Everyone wants to make fun of this guy, but there are a dozen different popular directors who do this stuff on a regular basis "for their movies". Then there's guys like Joey Silvera who seems to really get off on the whole process, wanking himself the whole time and copping cheap feels, or the sick bastard who disguises his voice and gets off on seriously degrading the girls and physically abusing them.
I say, by all means, film a bonus scene with yourself in it. You could even do us a favor and leave it on the cutting room floor, unlike Randy West and Ed Powers.
Just thinking about this, what is your basic concept. Do you want to create a product what people want to buy or do you just want to get off?. If you just want to get off then you should be a watcher of porn because the end product will of poor quality and not tailored to meet the demand of consumers.
Advice: focus on creating scenes which are both well shot and thought about. You getting off should not be an issue unless you intend to be a performer. You need to maintain your focus.
What's the difference between prostitution and porn...? If you see any ! Most of the girls here in Hungary after their "career" in porn, they just ended in Italy and not really for an engineer job ! See what I mean...

This has to be a joke, but it probably comes from real life experiences unfortunately. Creepy? Fuck yeah! But in a sick way there are a handful of directors and production managers who do this. Then go home to their wives and kids. Yes very creepy. I am sure the women here will relate to this one ... "Hey I need a POV BJ for BTS" and it get creepier.

I'm gonna hope this guy's not for real, but...
A director should never approach a girl to do anything with him that wasn't previously discussed. If he knows that he's a sex hound, he has the option of BEFOREHAND booking the girl for both a POV BJ and the sex scene for the movie. Of course, the girl always has the option to not accept that booking.
If this guy IS serious, I'd suggest that he just pay an escort. That way, he won't be wasting his money paying for scenes that he's not in that he'll most likely never make his money back on.
It reminds me an old story here in Budapest... It was some Italian guys who came for a weekend to shoot a film. They booked some local porn stars and "shot" them in a hotel room. The truth was that they didn't shoot anything but instead they had really good time ! I really don't know if the story is true or not but I've heard it from several people ! Who knows...
OH, SURE WE DO! I MEAN WHAT A SILLY QUESTION! THAT'S WHY I JUST LOVE TO SHOOT NO LESS THAN FIVE SEX SEX SCEMES A DAY - SIX IS EVEN BETTER! SHOOT A SEX SCENE - GET AN ORGASM, SHOOT ANOTHRE SEX SCENE - ANOTHER ORGASM, SHOOT ....
I come back from fucking cancer, get back into the game, start to take a better and bigger interest in things, log on to this site, and I find this thread. ZZZzzzzzzz.
Make sure to capture your approach, proposal and/or request to the performer, to add for the BTS. Along with her response, and any consequential pleadings that may ensue, and ofcourse any pathetic, obligatory acts, that may ultimately be performed as a result.
I'm going to assume this is a fantasy written by a very young (maybe even under age) kid. But since the shoot is over I'm wondering how it went. Did you do her before or after? What did the performer say when you asked her?
