Surgeons have developed another technique — albugineal surgery with bilateral saphenous grafts — that involves grafting blood vessels from elsewhere in the body to the penis in order to increase blood flow and penis width during erection. An Italian study of 39 men who underwent the surgery for cosmetic reasons found that it increased width by an average of one-half inch without complications. These men may have been lucky.

what do you think about that?
where can i do that and what is the cost?

A guy's cock has gotta be pretty damn small if he's willing to undergo surgery for an extra 1/2 inch.

As for me, I'm going to keep my little 10-incher and be happy about it.

Unless you are REALLY small, I would stay the hell away. NO ONE is taking a knife to my dick! Not all PE surgical enhancements have a happy ending. Think about it. If your dick is disfigured or unworkable, there is simply no amount of money that will bring you happiness for the rest of your life.

There is a good penis enlargement site. The exercises work. I gained an 1.5" or so over a period of years doing it on and off. I went from a bit above average to a pretty good size unit

I read on that the surgery only effects width. You'd think most guys would want LENGTH. What can the docs do about that?
