In Lain Oi's Max scene she broke down when he pissed on her. Yes, he said ahead of time “I'll piss on you.” So yes those words were spoken but that doesn't mean that's what she heard.

I think Lain assumed he was going to use a little tube and colored water. That's what most people would reasonably expect (why try to piss on demand with the crew on the clock?). In the shoot the camera angle even favored faking it.

Now, as for ‘Poor’ Alexa Rae, She was so… confused the time I shot her, it took her several attempts to find my location. But as I recall, we got along fine.
