Maybe I paint with too heavy a brush, considering they have mandates from the people at Aylo, etc.
Still, in high-volume content production, formulas tend to become even more formulaic over time, and that's why there is/has been a spiral. The race to "just get something out there" becomes steeper with time, until quality runs right off a cliff, and and that content nadir is what gets replicated. The only way to counteract that is to go against the grain, i.e. casting for GG talent/comfortability as a high priority, capturing sex acts that look right for a good amount of time even when there is a cartoon meme mandate, connecting performers who want to try working together, etc, and I don't see many producers doing that kind of stuff.
The output is kinda rote simply because it is meant to be rote. And to be fair and reiterate, this all ultimately goes back on the audience, as they really decide. Uncomfortable, Darcie-acting straight girls blowing raspberries and saying memes appears to be what the audience wants (with emphasis on the memes as the most important thing). I suppose it is arguable that there is no room for producers/directors to shift the zeitgeist.
What's the point of Brazzers' lesbian scenes lately? They seem lacking, with no real effort-just toys and other gimmicks. RealityKings also takes too long to produce one mediocre scene. AYLO has completely forgotten about G/G scenes. And honestly, if SweetheartVideos didn't have Mike Quasar, that site would probably be in trouble, just like Twistys. Like the scene Messy Friendships Are the Best Friendships, starring Nicole Doshi and Anna Claire Clouds, which is set to be released on June 12, 2025. Two top performers, and yet they put them in this one? Why?

Twistys shut down wasn't that tragic from a quality point, because they weren't allowed to make decent scenes for quite a well. And it feels like the only two of your critiques that could get better is the scene creativity and the excessive toy usage. Maybe if some producer/director comes along that really wants to set themselves apart we could see an improvement in quality but that isn't really going to address the other more systemic problems with the industry.
There is just very little new stuff being produced that appeals to me right now and when I see what AdultTime puts out it does nothing for me for the most part and they seem to be the only one left willing to try for anything on a bigger scale but too often it just ends up being the silliness that I really don't like.
I haven't been subscribed to anything for a while and really don't see myself paying for anything in the near future. Fortunately I have a bunch of older stuff to revisit so there is that.

I think it is, unfortunately, the toy stuff that gets BG fans to click GG videos for a couple of minutes i.e. more overall eyes on the content. I realized most viewers prefer toys between the popularity of the weekly toy videos at Girlsway and a handful or two of performers talking on Twitter about how GG does not sell unless they are using big toys. Don't list the new scene as "new scene with X."
