Personal bias creeps in from the start. A gorgeous woman, showcased well.
4. VSW: Tera Patrick
Her looks completely floored me. The first viewing was a landmark porn moment for me, and I've logged a lot of porn hours. She's not a circus style performer here, never goes nuts, but damn, that's not necessary when she has your complete attention already.
5. MPT: Stacy Valentine
Nice overall. Not her absolute best look, which would have taken this truly over the top. She's endearing, which can't be said of all, and she put effort into turning out a good product.
6. MPT: Monica Sweetheart
Hit me with that accent baby, yeah. Good hair. Nice footage. You feel like you really got something glossy with this purchase, like you just bought the extended dvd of lord of the rings or something.
7. VSW: Janine
She's allowed to use a fake dick (whereas I was insulted by Jenna doing it in her MPT1). Too bad she waited till she was frickin old to give us something we can use! Her face shows it. But there are the extra tit and anal features that bump this title up above some others. And it's still her, thus fulfilling years of built-up fantasizing (over perhaps the most frustrating woman in the history of adult.)
8. VSW: Devon
Well, its Devon. That's how I'm justifying this pick.
9. VSW: Nikki Tyler
Hello, my ol' jizz friend.
10. MPT: Jenna Jameson 1
Take off your clothes completely and hype this thing less. Then maybe I'd have liked it more. Rented it out of a sense of obligation, and my luke-warm interest was rewarded with a performance of equal enthusiasm. I'm punishing her by not renting #2, for fear that's what I'd receive (Number 2).
11. MSK: Jenna Haze
Can't rank this above any other because it was so short in running length it had me screaming at the tv and berating my own stupidity. Yet, with that said, it does contain some great heated visuals, particularly in the sit poses. And that can't be said of all these titles. (BJ segment is pathetic.)

But have chosen not to check out:

MPT Tera Patrick, because reports say the segments are short, she doesn't completely disrobe, not the best angles, she doesn't "sell it" as believably as others have, and I personally don't believe her VSW can be topped visually.

MPT Kylie Ireland, because of few extras, not the best lighting(?), and I've seen enough of her.

VSW Teri Wiegel, only because I've seen enough of her. Where would this title rank on your overall list, btw?

VSM Chloe Jones, because if you can't see her boobs, what's the point? And knowing she's hiding them for a reason doesn't help either. And long hair is better than short hair except for a few exceptions here and there.... Does her "nastiness" make up for it? I'd be interested in knowing.

MPT Silvia Saint AND
VSWs Farrah , Rocki Roads , and Raylene
are unfindable in my local stores. Is that because Digital Sin would rather forget about them (wasn't proud of the finished product?) or just because their time on the shelves has passed? The reviewers were also unable to get their hands on most of these.

What I've seen:

VS Tera Patrick: I thought this was a pretty good one. She's hot and did well for this project. I guess the black background is pretty boring. I'd prefer the MP type settings more.

MP Sylvia Saint: Again, I like Sylvia a lot, so it's one I like. Sylvia really looks hot in this title and her accent makes her nice talk real nice, but I think it hinders her naughty talk a bit. Does anal as well.

MP Gauge: This is one of the better ones I've seen. Again, Gauge looks amazing and performs well. Does anal as well.

MP Monica Sweetheart: I was really looking forward to this one, since she is one of my favorite girls out there. She does look great, but I was disappointed in the clarity of the picture. At times the picture was clear, but a lot of it was sort of blurry.

VCA's Fantasex Chasing Stacy: Here you chase Stacy Valentine around trying to get a date while she does her normal everyday things. There are a few preshot scenes from her previous titles as well as the virtual sex options. This wasn't bad and it gave a different twist to the virtual type projects. The pre shot scenes we're pretty decent scenes too.

I guess the reason why I don't like these movies, is that the fake cumshots are lame and the one's that are real are really weak! All the stuff leading to the cumshot is pretty decent. I actually like the Virtual Vivid BJ ones better, cause the money shots are real and there are different girls, but have never seen any of the sex versions.

Anyway, sorry I can't add much more to what you already mentioned.

MPT Gauge: Hair in pony tails. Somewhat disappointing angles on doggie and sit pose (leaning back). Little variation during bj. On my above scale, I'd rank this between VSW Nikki Tyler and MPT Jenna Jameson. With every other glance, her eyes seemed to say "I'm obligated to be here and do this, so here you go." I guess it was the schoolgirl theme and three anal poses that made people heap glowing praise on this one. Whatever.

MPT Jewel De'Nyle: Nice masturbation with glass object. Nice dog poses. Good facial. But I've got the same gripe again about leaning back and how she's wearing too many clothes. This seems to be part of the grand vision of whoever directs My Plaything---well, it still sucks. Also she says "my cotton panties" like 34 times. This one would rank between Devon and Nikki Tyler. They could have gotten better footage from her in some segments.

VSW Julia Ann: The VSW's I've seen seem to enjoy a slight edge over MPT in the hair and makeup department. The pattern holds true here, and although Julia is an elder statesman, this title still contains better bj angles and more hot looking moments than either of the MPT's above. A sit pose that leans forward and ALL REAL CUM SHOTS (5?) bump this up past Jewel's Plaything
