I suggest you look at Sunny Leone's recent enhancement. She by far has the best boobjob in porn now, after Terri. Well heres the plan and just to let everyone in my head a bit.... I have been considering this as an option for me since 2005. I plan on going no larger than a small C cup maybe like 300cc. I will not have an incision line as I will be going through the navel. I have also been doing my research on the high profile implants which seem to look alot more natural once they set. (a year or so) Its not in stone as far as that goes but just to unleash my curiosity about perfection , Ive decided to consult a surgeon. Some before and after shots will help me to visualize what I will look like afterwards. Last but not least, this surgery will be for myself!! I can feel more like a woman with full breasts. It is not a matter of what my fans or directors think, although I do appreciate your opinions. Moreso a reflection of how I view my body as an individual. Besides, I am the one who has to see this body everyday in the mirror ;-) Not knocking small boobs but I think the bigger ones are just for me!!! JJ

Someone, Please tell me my eyes are deceiving me (albeit the video clips in the following link are low resolution), and that Riley Shy DID NOT get her boobs slightly enhanced. Gotta go with Dr Nasty and Ramsey on this one as far as preferences go. I just get a mental block no matter how pretty the face. I do have a few exceptions where I preferred the enhanced version of the model (specifically when I can convince myself that the tits or whatever enhancement looks legit and very minimal scars example Liza Del Sierra, Missy Woods). Otherwise 100% Natural babes for me are my first choice. Now with that said, I hate it when they have terrific all natural bodies and they make outrageous claims or lead you to believe that they are going to do something considered a little more XXX such as anal or DP (example I am taking on 2 guys at the same time). And you never see it from them 20 films later and still nothing. So I make it a point to just skip those films along with the exagerated boob and butt jobs and skip right to the good ole fresh meat off the bus with average looks doin the kinky stuff. And that includes a number of the models mentioned on the all natural list posted earlier. Sorry I ain't wasting my money on that. But that is just me.

I appreciate your honesty Kara with your post. But I should add for the record that I thought your body was angelic when you first came into porn with your scenes in "Teens Cumming Of Age" and other such films before your surgery. It's a real shame you had confidence issues with the perfect natural body you started out with. There are many like myself that adore the natural beauty you came into the biz with. Also, I think it was a shame you weren't doing anal when you started with these scenes as well. Would have been so nice (and erotic) to see some anal scenes from you with that angelic body of yours I liked to begin with.
