(I suppose that's the right description) I don't acutally what if anything Alpha Blue has done to the movies. However I will say that some of their stuff is older than late 70's . If the film was made in America a new negative would be struck and sent to them just for Europe (Lasse Braun talks about doing this with Reuben Sturman), hence why their release of American films (like Femmes De Sade) look so much better than what is released here. A lot of the Alpha Blue stuff is compilations of old 8mm loops, perhaps shot through a milk-bottle filter by guys droppin acid. Or transferred to DVD from a VHS version. There are lots of anal scenes from Europe in the 1970's and 1980's that can be found on some of their releases. Anal sex was prosecutable in the US is some jurisdictions back then so it was rare in the golden era of porn. Over there on the left towards the bottom of the page is 'Where To Shop' and if you navigate to the retailers in Europe, you can find Colmax. It's worth the effort. [Link]
