Crappy lighting (maybe the worst sin of all), not enough close-ups of the the girls (I DON'T need to see a bunch of fat, ugly dudes standing around jacking off - for that, I can look in the mirror! LOL), overdubs of the sound (the last movie had this awful loop playing over and over in the background during Trisha Rey's scene - horrible), and lately, they're claiming to shoot in "Hi Def!", which means that they master the disc in letterbox format, making it almost unwatchable for anyone with a widescreen, high definition monitor.
