FWIW I think she looks great. I think this is one of the cases where a boob job turned out perfectly, and I say that as someone who doesn't always like to see it done.
Lesson for other porn stars: No matter how proud you are of them or how much you want to talk about them for PR purposes, don't post pictures of your freshly enhanced boobs until the implants had time to settle in and the scarring has started to fade. The recent pics do look much better than the first few did.
