Hello - my first post. I have been searching for years for the Ginger Lynn film "Gentlemen Prefer Ginger" (I would even accept it on VHS, knowing that it was never on DVD). However, I have found many sites that claim to have the VHS, but then once it's ordered, they state that it is "unavilable". Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this film or have one to offer? I'll take any format - VHS, DVD-R, VCD... doesn't matter.

Thank you!

I'm afraid you may be up against a newly "out of print" title. Maybe since it hasn't been gone for long you can find somebody willing to make you a copy, but I wouldn't count on buying it retail any more. Unless somebody issues the DVD next week, of course. (Total crapshoot, this stuff...!)
I've had occasional luck finding OOP stuff on ebay. Be careful -- there are a number of crooks there, and unless you're talking Big Money, ebay does NOT have your back. There are one or two other auction-type possibilities (Excalibur runs one, and the other is... AdultBid?... something like that. I don't have any experience with those auctions.
Then there are a handful of copy shops specializing in OOP titles. Sureluck Homestead is the best, if you can handle his less-than-friendly manner. Then there's Tapes of Terror, or (shudder) KayParkerNet. Again, "let the buyer beware" is still good advice.
Good luck to you - hope you find it!

Please either change your profile to allow email to be sent to you, or simply send me email (via the envelope icon) with your email address. I may be able to help you locate the title.
