I don't know if rough sex will ever be fully accepted in our society but the Rough Sex titles have been released on DVD in Europe and are available to US customers at various online services.

I think it'll come back because they were yanked because one of the "actresses" claimed to have been raped on the set. Most people dismissed it as bogus, but Anabolic didn't want the mainstream press to be drawn into the whole thing so they just took it off the shelves.

Interestingly, the box cover of the dvd I rented was similar to the original US VHS, no french translation. It was NOT the Anabolic Europe tape linked above, and the disc format was NTSC. In every video stores I visited, Anabolic tapes are the Anabolic Europe versions, and the dvds are exclusively Anabolic USA. No exception with Rough Sex #1.
