I think i have ID the movie from which the scene was taken from.
It is "Rectal Feeding" from EvilAngel (2015).

There are some video clips made of composition of movies. One clip has the subtitle "Porn is Evil". A few seconds, you can see a movie where a girl is swallowing from the anal speculum of her friend with a little pipe, like a straw. Any idea which EvilAngel movie this scene is taken from?
