I think what he or she might mean is that, because the anus is so tight (or can be), the pressure that's necessary to push the dick in can bend even an erect cock. This can cause it to be "broken", causing it to be bent in awkward looking ways when it's hard. I'd think this would be more of a concern for men with thinner dicks than thick ones. If you are using a lot of lube and your partner has been properly prepped for anal beforehand, you shouldn't have any complications. Yes, the ass is tighter than most other openings. But use of assplay, buttplugs, etc can help with this.
