or if someone knows how to do this, & they could offer their services with making one or two from a movie or show - we could work out a deal or something. thanks ahead for any help!
Or alternatively for strings like "avi to gif" (enter it in Google with quotes).
Also remember to search Usenet by clicking the Groups link on Google. You're not the first to go looking for this functionality.
I'm pretty sure there were several programs of this type made a few years back. Quite a few of them as Open Source for Linux, but as it's just file reading/writing with some data conversion, it should be possible to compile them under Windows too. You'll most likely be able to find precompiled .exe versions somewhere.

try UnFREEz (last downloaded here) small but easy to use
Not sure if your simply looking for the entire gif, including the content, or if you have the imagery, from which you wish to create the animation.
Unless you have video clips of girls simply twisting and grinding, finding that could be half the battle. Sex clips, no problem, Dancing clips, not much demand for the content.
Also if your gonna use them on a webpage, you might consider the image size. The first one is 576KB, and the 2nd 824KB Not a problem for DSL or Cable, but 56k users might hit a wall. Couple things you might consider. 1.Unless necessary, use fewer frames for animation. 2.Limit dimensional size of the animation.
These two factors, trimmed the 824KB down to a still heavy 444KB
The site linked, may be hosed.

Endless Loop, I second you about the size toppic. Sorry, I'm not a native English speaker, so what's 'hosed' in "The site linked, may be hosed."?
I dont maintain any web hosting space with which to display the gif, so I just uploaded it to a link on "Usendit.com" which in the past, has worked well. At the time of post however, the site, er rather the link I provided to it, wasn't loading up in my browser, and lagging, as if trying to suck a golfball through a garden hose, hence the term "Hosed" to signify, "You can try to download the image, but it might be problematic, because its not even loading up for me."
