A Leisure Time DVD was one of my first purchases and lets just say that it was sold on the next day! At first I was marvelling at the 4hrs running time and the box cover art didn't look too bad, and at those cheap prices you think you have found a bargain...how I was wrong! It was, and still remains the poorest dirty movie I've had the unfortunate pleasure of watching.

At the end of the day you pay for quality. I stick to Evil Angel and Anabolic/Diabolic. I'm not sure whether they stock DVD that satisfy your tastes but check them out, you'll never know you might uncover a new found fetish.

Now onto Leisure Time, they are not good, not good at all.

Best studios (Well, that depends on what you like, which apparently isn't really popular, so you're not gonna have too much luck.):

-Evil Angel (some of the best directors/perverts film here)
-Red Light District (they seem to be coming out with a lot of genre specific titles)

for tamer (but still hardcore) action you might try:
-Wicked
-VCA (I personally like Antonio Passolini and Jim Holliday from VCA a lot.)

The themes you are looking for i.e. peeing, older women tend to be more popular in Europe and you may want to have a look at what www.erodvd.nl have. There's all sorts of themed films on offer i.e. pissing, GS, old women, fat women, old fat women etc. Be warned all in PAL format and I can't vouch for the quality of the films themselves. If GS as opposed to peeing is your thing then the Uromania series by MMV may be worth checking out. Reason posted a good review of one title.

Sadly, you have discovered one of the major dilemmas presented to the porn consumer: you can't trust a cover.
Companies spend huge sums of money trying to disguise substandard product-unfortunately, it's the hapless buyer who often pays the price.

Nowadays, it's like panning for gold-you need to be patient, read reviews (like those posted here), and do some renting in order to find out which studios, directors & stars are putting out product worth your hard-earned money.

My current favorites:

Anabolic/Diabolic (always a cut above)
Evil Angel (ditto-go Tricia!)
Seymore Butts (just not as prolific as he once was)
Red Light (getting better all the time)
Private (super high quality Euro titles)

And I agree that both VCA & Wicked put out some fine product as well. JM Productions is a bit hit or miss, although I've been enjoying their Gutter Mouths series a lot. Randy West's Up & Cummers is an acquired taste, but he does get the hot new girls.
