I've looked just about everywhere but can't track down any solid evidence for that scene. It might be best to drop an e-mail to the guys at creampie.com. There are a couple of titles I have suspicions about.

Initiations 3 - but these rarely have cream pies.

Up Your Ass #19 - I can't find much info on but it's probably your best bet. It was just released in Februrary which probably coincides with when you downloaded that clip. Bella does have a scene with Lex but I can't find any details. Not on DVD yet...have to shoot for VHS for the time being. Do these images help?

Just follow the instructions found on the FAQ page. The image needs to be posted somewhere on the internet and you just link it to the url. The images I linked above are actually from Anabolic's web site.

I don't think I can help you much more than that. I just have the Ass Worship discs and haven't seen any other creampies involving Bella.
