The Anthony Wiener episode has sparked a lot of candid discussion about the asymmetry between men and women. Women psychologists have been all over the airwaves explaining that men like Wiener are clueless about women. Anybody that thinks females want to look at pictures of meat whistles are clueless. The fact is, men are more stimulated visually than women and women are more stimulated auditorily than men. What this means is that men who watch porn are mistakenly projecting their own way of reacting to stimuli onto female performers and female audiences.
Having said that, we know that some porn is aimed at females. But why? Some men think that women just don't find the male anatomy appealing--but that's not it at all. It's a more all-encompassing thing. To a certain extent, THEY ARE NOT STIMULATED VISUALLY. Period. So even lesbian porn that is aimed primarily at straight men and secondarily at actual lesbians is a little off the mark. Unless you want to say that lesbians are man-like in the sense that they are actually visual like men. I haven't seen any research to that effect.
So really, if I were to extrapolate what the psychologists are saying, male phone sex dudes with deep voices is the way to go with straight women if you want to make money off them--not porn. [;))]And female phone sex is better for lesbian women.
Thoughts?

It has? The only kind of "discussion" I've heard (and I admit I've been trying my best to avoid it all) is the kind of discussion they were trying to spark when they staged the incident in the first place.

Yeah I have a very strong opinion about my fellow New Yorker Anthony Weiner. He is the most arrogant, scumbag, SOB on the face of the earth. I could care less about him sending photos of his private parts to young girls. The fact he lies openly and talks down to people is what bothers me. I saw the prick on Fox News months ago and he could not answer why he feels it is the right of the government to impose an estate tax by confiscating half of all your family's money they worked hard to earn after a family member passes on. We have a lot of these scumbags in our government who steal from us when a family member dies. It is called a DEATH TAX, if you don't care anything about it perhaps you will when money that should be coming to you is taken by the government.
About Psychologists, don't put too much into anything that one says. For every viewpoint from a psychologist you can find a differing, counter viewpoint from another psychologist. Much of what they say is utter crap subject to few facts, rather their own interpretations based upon their own life experiences.

So ... just in case I didn't get your point - because you were kind of unclear about your feelings - are you saying you're not in favor of the estate tax?
Well, I disagree. (Although I hesitate to engage with you on this topic, because you sure do sound angry.) First of all, the first $10 million of an estate (for a couple) is completely exempted from the estate tax, and that's hardly chump change. Second, the country desperately needs the revenue. And third, what is the morality behind allowing an entrenched economic royalty class to develop in this country? (Not that the estate tax has done much to stop that, unfortunately.) The deceased, who presumably earned the money, doesn't need it anymore. The heirs, who didn't, are getting plenty anyway - well more than half of it. It's not like it's all being take away from them. Why should *they* get all of it? Through an accident of birth? What does that have to do with fairness?

^ I didn't post this thread and it is off topic but I will briefly post one last reply. If you earned money and paid taxes on it, it should be your right to give it to anyone you want. There should not be any such thing as a double tax whereby the government confiscates it. Second, the USA does not need any additional revenue. You got that wrong. They take in massive amounts of money in taxes. They need to stop spending, something they will not do and why the country is in stifling debt. And right now they are being pushed to the brink to raise the debt ceiling as they keep exceeding it. What you are pushing is called redistribution of wealth. Poor people do not create jobs, something the moron running our country has never learned or does not care about. You want a wealthy class of people who can hire people in our private sector, something which is slowly being destroyed. In case you did not know, our government is ruining the country. The 2012 election should help to remove these people.

well, this theory certainly explains the age-old cliche we've all heard when a chick catches a nude man...the cliche is that she says "you have nothing I haven't seen before". I was actually asked by a female once while I was ogling girls in bikinis "don't you ever get tired of looking at that?". I said "uhh..No. And I think men are wired a little differently than that." these psychologists have resigned to the idea that a pussy isn't 'hard wired' to the optic nerve like a dick is.

"Poor people do not create jobs..."
Actually, and not to go OT again, yer wrong, bucko. The working class creates VALUE. Without the labour applied to the creation of a commodity or the delivery of a service, the "elite" would have nothing to sell. It's called the labour theory of value. Ergo their labour stimulates the creation of more jobs.

The poor do not create jobs. The working class are not the poor Professor Poofenwafter. The elite hire people and spend their money which fuels the economy. The poor do not spend money, they take money from the economy and sap it. If the evil rich people took their money, disappeared, the US economy would collapse. The very small segment of evil rich people contribute more of the revenue to the government than any other class of people.
To the moderators, this is all off topic but I have to reply to false statements. Perhaps you can move it someplace else.
It is no wonder the US economy is heading off the cliff with people so out of touch with reality.

Closing this down as I doubt it's going to get back in track.
