The company seemingly went from the top of the porn world to a total mess overnight, losing its top 2 directors (Mason and William H) and severely slowing down with the output of content. The brand had bad luck securing new ownership and new directors but now it finally appears to be on its feet again. The past month has seen the revival of the legendary Big Wet Asses series as well as Big Wet Tits, two of the company's strongest selling points. With talented young directors including Dreadneck and Bonnie Rotten, I feel like this company is moving in the right direction. I'd compare it to a sports team that is in "rebuilding" mode. I'm seriously considering a membership and was wondering if anyone else here could fill me in on what they think of it. Currently I have a long-term subscription to Hard X and a monthly subscription to Evil Angel, both of which I have no plans on cancelling. I also plan on subscribing to ArchAngel as soon as they pay-site goes up, which should be soon. Meanwhile, my Brazzers/Reality Kings membership comes to an end next month and I don't plan on renewing it. I'm thinking Elegant Angel might be the place to be. Do you think it's "safe" to get a long-term membership, or will things go back to being dead again in a few months? I would love to see the new directors get a shot at putting together the first "Superstar September" since 2012. Sequels like Dani Daniels: Dare 2 would be awesome to see. I'm also guessing Bonnie wold get another feature, possibly a Squirtwoman 2. Bringing back Buttwoman should be a top priority as well. Given the influx of quality output over the past month (and the strong "upcoming" section), how realistic is it that the "new" Elegant Angel is here to stay? [Link]

Their back catalog of videos is the best in porn. At the same time, they had Mason, William H, Grazer aka Mick Blue, and LT directing for them. If you like Mason at Hard X, you will love what she produced at Elegant Angel. You'll be able to download Wasteland and Portrait of a Call Girl, too. Presently, I don't have a membership with Elegant Angel. I let it lapse a couple of months ago. I don't plan to, either, for at least a couple of months because I already have everything that I want from their video library from pre 2014. I renewed for a year in Jan 2014 and then got stuck with very limited content released during 2014 due to the production slow down. Two Options: 1. Take out a year long membership if you never have had a membership. $89 is a great deal, even if they don't update very often for the next year. It will give you time to download the content. The website download speed can be slow at times. 2. If you have what you want from pre 2014, wait and see how often they update and join if they seem to have a regular update schedule. This is where I am at the moment. Since I went through two slow periods in my memberships, I don't want to be caught again committing to a year long membership when a monthly membership would be work better for me. First membership Jan 2013-Jan2014 slow period was in mid year when Mason left and Second membership was from Jan 2014-Jan 2015 when Mime Freak, Toni Ribas and Asa Akira were directing for them but mid year collapsed and then very limited content Aug 2014-Jan 2015. It seems like everyone who was going to run Elegant Angel in mid 2014 ended up starting ArchAngel instead. It is only when Exquisite came in this year that production started up again. Yes the back catalog is great so it's worth a full year if you're foreign to the material. However, if you want fresh content there is way too many question marks. Recently they've been updating the DVD's quickly but they always hit dry spells where you go almost a whole season without an update. If you think Elegant is a better place to be that Brazzers then you're wrong. [Link]

You should have plenty of time downloading the content you have and this will also give you a good idea of what the site looks like without having to dish out nearly 100$. [Link]

I have about 500 scenes from 120 dvds downloaded from the Elegant Angel site, which total about 1 TB (1080p at 8000). There were also times when the download speed would really slow down to a crawl, too which would impact your ability to get all you want in one month. [Link]

Hell, the Insatiable saga alone is enough to have me sold on it. I agree that it seems like the people were who supposed to carry Elegant Angel ended up starting ArchAngel but hopefully the new ownership (?) means that this company is truly moving in the right direction. Click to expand On paper Brazzers is a much better place seeing as you get two new scenes every day and (theoretically) a variety of different niches served. And while I do enjoy it, their bait-and-switch shenanigans leave me frustrated and not wanting to give them another $89. Click to expand That's a good idea; might be good to get a feel for things before I commit to it long-term with a big chunk of money. Click to expand I don't have any download caps so that's not an issue. That's part of why I am a member of so many different sites; when I see a scene I want, I can download it with no problem. I'm going to need to invest in a new TB drive sometime this summer (I have ~300 MB left on a 1 TB) but I'm not bothered by the large file sizes. I currently download in 720p but may jump up to 1080p when I get a new computer. [Link]

They seem to be bringing out at least 2 movies a month and they asked people on twitter the other day who they would want to see in superstar September,so that is coming back. I had a yearly membership for about 3 years in a row from about 2010-13 and will sign up again,i just need a bit more confidence in them. You can get a monthly pass from idealgasm for $9.99,it's well worth taking a look if you haven't before. [Link]
