Is there any way to find scene breakdowns for new features?Since they're never reviewed anymore, and iafd often has only the cast list, is there another place to go to find out who's paired with whom in features? Like with the Vivid movie I Love This Business, for example--it has a pretty damn kickass cast for this day and age: Savanna Samson (mmmm), Gia Jordan, Jamie Brooks, Sophia, Jordan Haze (who rocks), Katrina Kraven, + 2 obscure names. But for all I know the girls I'm interested in seeing all appear in a lezbo orgy and take no dick. Or they're all crammed into a 3 on 1 scene, leaving nothing good for the rest of the movie. Because Vivid usually finds a way to disappoint with their pairings, you know. The back cover pics are of course inconclusive except for Sophia and Samson.
In a similar way, I saw Slave to Love had Stormy's pic on the front but after internetting the flick you find out it's really a Jessica Drake movie with Stormy on the cover but only doing a lezbian scene. And I can't usually find even that much info for features. Which blows. (negatively)

I don't see how you're going to find what you're looking for outside of waiting until someone, somewhere reviews it. After all, you do pretty much have to wait for the same thing with gonzo titles (though I suppose the backs of the boxes are more indicative there).

I mean, apart from what iafd already does, what kind of a solution are you even imagining?

This may be me at my most naive, but how hard would it be for Vivid or any other production company to put up pairings on their websites? A list of the people who appear in each film and the pairings/groupings. Is this already done and I just don't know about it? That's likely. Too much trouble perhaps, I don't know, just an idea. It makes it a pain to review unless you can be bothered doing the research or have an expert knowledge of each and every person.

If you are lucky searchextreme carries the movie of interest.
Are you kidding?
The next thing is probably all studios do a cast-list like Private on DVDs; not only for the actresses but also for the actors.
And maybe they start giving end credits which deserve the name (character name - actor name; and all people involved in the production including the last assistant of the last electrician).
If they start submitting to IMDb or other databases by themselves, I know Ragnarök is near.

Well...I'm bracing myself waiting for the sirens to start wailing, the sky to turn deep red and the darkness to fully surround me so I can adquately contemplate my just forfeiture of my place in society as a result of such foolhardiness...truly, I am. Oh and yes I guess I was kidding...

Just to follow up, now that I've seen it...

Re: I Love This Business --
No one but Savanah was allowed to shine in this one.
But her second scene was a valuable one to me as a fan. A little more breathtaking than usual. Including the bonus scenes from other movies, there ended up being 6 Savanah Samson scenes (five of them boy/girl), and none of them were repeats for me luckily! So I like. (But don't watch it for the cast.)

What about submitting a review for it ? I know I'd read it.

I know of a site whereby you can type in the actress' name to find out who she had worked with and in what movie. However, it is for specific scenes and not the entire movie. The site is only for actresses that have done IR.

ir-videos.com

Hope this helps a bit.

IAFD.com has scene breakdowns for a lot of features, but not all of them.
