There's an out-of-print DVD I want to buy that they supposedly still have stock of for sale, but I spoke to someone who bought from them before (different title OOP) and it was a very bad experience.

He paid with a debit card but the DVD never shipped (apparently they're slow or never update pages to discontinued status)

Tried to get a refund but ignored him. After sending multiple emails and a legal threat he finally got his money back.

I always use Paypal or a credit card when buying DVDs so I don't know if these methods would be easier to get a refund if the worst case scenario happened.
