A friend of mine in the UK has ordered over 100 dvds from the States and never once has a movie been lost or seized. But the UK residents must remember; purchasing hard core porn from the USA is LEGAL. My advice if your video or dvd is seized is to complain and demand it back, AS LONG AS THAT ITEM IS NOT CLASSED AS OBSCENE BY THE BRITISH BOARD OF FILM CLASSIFICATION. UK Customs sometimes get it wrong and they will return it if they have overstepped the mark. | deanos Deactivated User UK 14 Posts 5/02 | Posted - Sep 18 2002 : 4:13PM Im affraid you cant just write to customs and ask for them back you have to go to court and the Judge decides if you can have them back !, frankly its not worth it for a few films and the expense if you loose. EroDVD replace goods if they are confiscated so my order was relaced and got through in the 2nd attempt :)
