oh, and i forgot to state, that someone i know is trying to move her blog to a better site, wordpress have too many bugs and they not doing anything to help her...

I've never used the hosted wordpress option. I always just install a copy of the software on my own sites and set it up how I like it. IMO wordpress is one of the best options if you're interested in search engine traffic.
