Their prices are great. However, that's because it appears that they don't maintain any inventory. I'm pretty sure that they are located very close to the the adult companies in the Valley and, upon receiving orders for the day, they will then order those movies from of the companies. Sometimes they can get everything in a day or two. Other times it takes a week or two.

Therefore, you can't expect fast delivery from them. If you want something quickly, go somewhere else. If you want it for a great price, go with AdultCDmovies.

As far as customer service is concerned, based on how they handled a problem that I had with a misshipped title, I couldn't be happier with their customer service. I don't want to say what they did to "make up" for the problem, because I don't know if they're still doing it (I don't want anyone to get pissed off if they have similar situation handled differently). But what they did is still benefitting me.
