When I had the rare problem disc or emailed them for any reason they always responded quickly. My concern is that I'am on the 4 disc plan and almost 75% of my rental queue is on "short wait" and even one on "long wait"..They've been that way for a while too. Is this the norm with all the other rental places also? It was NOT like that when I first started with them I know that..Advice? [Link] |

And even when my top title is something hot (for instance, Perfect Specimens 2 right now), it seems like I always get it within two or three shipments max. To answer the key question, in the last two years I've rented from four similar sites (one of which is no longer in business), but Bush is the one I stayed with. This is based on their performance in 2003, mainly -- I've only rented from Bush this year, so I don't know if other places have improved since I dropped them. [Link] |
