Does the woman get really really angry?...cursing..kicking..punching..scratching..spitting type
of angry?
...or does she just lay back and start to shed some tears?
"accidental creampies"...Hmmm?...that's kind of a new one to me...and I certainly do

I don't seem to be able to recall having seen anything like that...except for

If it's not actually accidental, then it would be fake. And if it's in a movie or on a website that caters to that, then it is probably fake. Sometimes they're just playing out a scene for you. It does happen sometimes, but really, that's a sure-fire career ender for "male talent".
