Frankly, as long as their model releases have their correct info, I really don't care. They're entertainers. Truman Capote said that all actors are liars; he's right. That's their job: to be who they are not.

If some petite porn actress in her early to mid-twenties says that she's nineteen on camera, that's fine by me. Don't ruin a beautiful illusion with the ugly truth.

Maybe the next question should be: Are Pornstars encouraged to have boob jobs?

Another trouble area with some studios (particularly Hustler) is names. I have seen a performer that has generally used the same stage/screen name consistently suddenly appear in a Hustler video with a totally different name.

The age thing doesn't bother me, but the arbitrary name changes drive me wild. It makes it that much harder to follow a particular performer and her movies.

Regarding encouraging them to have boob jobs, that used to be fairly prevalent in the early and mid 90's, but has tapered off dramatically in the past few years.

Yes, I am damned glad of that. After all, I postulated that the Nineties were driven by Pam Anderson/Anna Nicole Smith while I think current times are driven by the more natural chests of Britney & Co.

Thank God for chicks like Jenna Haze, Teagan, etc. I got tired of that Miss Augmentation Mammoplasty Girl of the Month that we had in the mid to late Nineties.

I just don't get the point of shaving a few years of their age in gonzo productions, where they aren't playing a scripted character.

But then I never did figure out why some women (outside porn) feel the need to lie themselves younger.
If they feel that looking young equals looking beautiful, and they think they can pass as being younger, wouldn't it make more sense to brag about still looking young/good at an older age?

On the other hand, I like knowing people's real age, because it shows people you can still be hot and sexy over 30. I think what annoys me most are the men lying about their ages. I think Randy Spears and Peter North look great, but it would be silly to try and pass them off as 40 year olds.

I think a woman's true bone structure doesn't really display itself untill she is in her 30's. Although it is not necessarily the performers lying as much as it could be the studio lying about ages.

Maybe I'm just a perv but I like seeing the over 30 + people screw. Gives me something to look forward too.

As for fake boobs: Man, in my two-year porn journey, that — along with shaved pubes — is one of my biggest gripes about this whole thing. They don't look real or attractive or proportionate. I don't understand the fascination with augmented breasts.
