I just rented Vivid's "Happy Ending", and right on the main menu is the trailer for "Wonderland", the Lion's Gate movie about John Holmes. It makes perfect marketing sense, and yet it seems kind of surprising. Partly because it's a non-porn company hitching itself to porn, and just in general ... it's not like you ever see Universal trailers on a Paramount disc. I just thought it was interesting, because I'd never seen such a thing before. I'll say this, as ads go, I'd much rather see a movie trailer at the beginning of a disc than the goddamn phone sex crap they foist on us anyway. Edited by - obibong on Jul 2 2004 [Link] |
