"Below the box you type your posts there's an "Upload Image" button. Click it and an upload window will pop up. Choose a file stored on your computer and click the Upload button. Wait for the upload to complete and when it's done there's some forum code that appears above your image. Copy/paste the [ img=xxxxxxxx] tag to your forum post to include the image in your post."
