Yeah, it has some nice camera work, but the story just seems kinda blah and jumpy, and if the sex sucks, why bother? It almost seems like another excuse to be "daring" and artsy. Click to expand I rented this and it pretty much describes the first scene of the movie. Not only was it mysogonistic, it was extremely boring. This movie was so dull it actually offended me! The male lead spends the first 6 or 7 minutes calling her a whore and Ninn used every camera trick (jump cuts, pans, and a ton of dissolves) in the book during that time. Okay, we get it, "Catherine's a whore!" Can we get on with the movie or at least hire a writer to add some additional dialogue? I haven't seen a lot of Audrey Hollander. I wanted to give this one a shot because she was so utterly charming while she "cleaned her pipes" in the BTS of Gangbang Girl 35. The lighting for the first scene is horrible and Audrey looks completely washed out. I'm not a cinematographer, but that's the last thing you should be doing when filming fair-skinned redheads covered in white powder makeup. I literally fell asleep about 15 minute of this film. JimmyD's opinion (see RLD Fiend's post earlier) about this film curing insomnia is quite accurate. It's one thing to build atmosphere which Ninn attempts to do, but another thing altogether to remove sexual chemistry and replace it with every camera trick that can be learned in film school. If there's any question if vampires exist, Ninn removed all doubt. He completely sucked the lifeblood out this movie and was fed up by the time the actual sex started. The movie is two hours and I will try to give an opinion of the remaining three scenes, but I seriously doubt it is going to be worth the effort. [Link]

Those who don't like all the "camera tricks" should stick to gonzo. I just saw this movie last night and really enjoyed it. I usually watch mostly "anal-gonzo" myself, but I like to see something artistic from time to time. The women and most of the outfits they wore were very beautiful, and the sets were incredible. I felt the sex was also pretty good in most of the scenes, especially Nikky Blond using the strap-on on Audrey. Nikky looked like she'd been wanting to unleash a little "pay-back" on all the men who had done the same to her! So lets give Michael Ninn his due, one of the last true artists in porn. [Link]
