What is the controversial nature of these adult films? Example: Heads or Tails 2 is a gay film which is "available for export only". Lance Gear is the star of the film. Watersports and fisting are two acts which are permissible, although controversial (particularly fisting). I think--but I'm not sure--that the film entitled Devil in the Rain is also a film which is available for export only. There are several others of this sort as well. I do believe it is legal to pay to download these films from online sites, but you cannot actually buy the DVD/video. Is it possibly because of the violent nature of these films? intense flogging, body fluids such as blood stemming from violent blows, hardcore cock, ass and ball torture, rape simulation scenes? Of all the genres of gay porn, it tends to be the leather/bear films which are "most controversial" in nature. Enlighten me, please!  [Link] |

This is very common for TLA on DVDs containing the more explicit kinds of stuff you mention. And TLA really gets their balls in an uproar about bareback. When you arrive on the video's description page, look for the bold letters in yellow at the very top of the page and the bold red letter at the very bottom of the page. The top bold letters read: "Head or Tails 2 for Export Only" and the bottom bold letters read: "Click Here to Shop for more Controversial Titles for Export Only" It also states at the beginning of the description "due to the controversial nature of this video, we regret that it is for export only". Hell, this must be damn NASTY! There are at least 40 videos of this nature on their site. I didn't check to see what studio is most infamous for these "banned" films in the USA. No chance of buying them in the USA? Really? I'm not interested, but what is so damn controversial in these videos that they are banned for sale in this country?
