I take it that "out of print all-together" is some kind of euphemism for "nobody can find the source material". <grin> Just being out of print doesn't stop anybody from remastering it. (Legal issues aside.)
I swear there was another old thread where Witt said that Pretty Peaches wasn't going to be released and the scenes that were included as the bonus on that disc was all we would ever see of that film. I couldn't find it in searches through the old threads, either due to me remembering wrong or due to the fact I am really bad at searches here, most of my searches end with a screen telling me I only searched for ignored clauses.
I've only seen "Baby Face 2" (w.Stacey Donovan & Lois Ayres) & "Pretty Peaches 2" (w.Tracey Adams & Shioban Hunter), which I only have great memories of. Didn't Tracey get an award for best bj on Peter North ? Who were in the first installments ? Any fond memory to share ?
Pretty Peaches is available on VHS(NTSC) from Alpha Blue Archives and Region 2(PAL) DVD from Colmax. The DVD soundtrack is dubbed in French.
VCA would never have the courage to release an uncensored version in these politically correct times (prove me wrong Wit!). Scenes depicting non-consensual sex and bizarre activities involving Joey Silvera, ensure that an official US DVD release is extremely unlikely.
Baby Face is available on VHS(NTSC) & DVD(All zones) from Video Search of Miami. Their copy is English language with Danish(?) subtitles. Similarly, a story with under-age themes has absolutely no chance of an official US release.
I always found both films to be hilariously funny, but our moral guardians are notorious for their lack of humour.
I recently ordered the DVD from cyberdvdx.com. I haven't received it yet, so I don't know the quality. The Wanderer is correct that in addition to being in PAL, this DVD is also region encoded for Region 2 (at least that's what the site says). So, if you're in the U.S. and you have a multi-format DVD player, that hasn't been modified for multi region capability , you will still have a problem viewing this DVD.
Dan Roberts is not John Holmes; to my knowledge, JCH never appeared in any DeRenzy film. Roberts plays a hulking dim-witted giant who is seduced by an underage girl, then accused by her of rape after the fact. He is taken by two girls to a bordello that caters to female clients (!) where he hides from the law--until he runs into the girl's mother, who enacts her own brand of revenge. A great porno from the best hardcore pornographer of his era; VCA will probably never put it back into circulation, but it is available from different sources.

So who was Dan Roberts? i can find no mention of him in anything else. same with lyn malone, did she do anything else?
Dan Robert's only feature appearance, as far as I know, was in Babyface . Lyn Malone never did another film, either. She belongs to that special group of starlets in porn history who turn up for just one or two shoots, make a big impression, then disappear forever.
Lazerus is correct: Babyface was Dan's only appearance (the other listing on IAFD is the same scene in a DeRenzy compilation).
An no I don't think there is any chance (unless the political climate in the US changes extremely dramatically) that Babyface will ever be released on DVD by VCA. After all Lynn 'Cuddles' Malone plays a 15-year old...
Is Pretty Peaches the one where the guy gets wrapped in cling film at the end?
I have fond memories of BabyFace (If it's the Taija Rae one - she's lovely!) and that Pretty Peaches film, although I was only about 16 when I last saw it!!!!
Been a wile since I last watched it, but my notes specifically say 15-year old, so I'm assuming that sometime in the movie (possibly when the mother talks to the cops) it's mentioned she's 15.
