Hello Porn lovers

I had order something with Adult CD Movies and it was shipped on November 20 .

Delivery Confirmation Number 01805213907118925749

I had wrote to Adult CD Movies, but they never email me back. I then called them , then i had to call them long distance, because there 1-800 doen't reach all over the country. I had talk to a customer service person that told me they email me that morning, but i think thats a bunch of bullshit.

I had ask if they could look into this matter, they told me there nothing they can do until the package reachess me.

I had waiting until today, i called the post office they told me they can't do shit, that i had to contact the company in Calif. that (Adult CD Movies).

So at this point nobody is able to help me with my problem.

What is a man suppost to do at this point. Any answer ?

First I think I'd try to word myself more as an adult. Swearing in a complaint generally only makes you look bad even if you are upset. If this is how you approached them when you called them, I don't blame them for not wanting to help you.

My first question would be how was the package shipped? If it was shipped Priority Mail, then yes, it would seem like the package might have been lost. If it shipped Media Mail, then it very well may still be on its way. I've had some pacakges take over two weeks to get to me using media mail.

As for the post office not doing anything, they're probably right. I think the confirmation number is only checked when it's checked in and when it's dropped off.

As for Adult DVD Movies not helping you, there's a certain amount of time almost all retailers ask you to wait before shipping off a replacement package. The time varies depending on how it was shipped, and one must also factor in Thanksgiving into the timing.

Most likely you won't get any response from them. Their
Customer Service is really bad. I made like 2 or 3 orders
from them and everyone of the orders has problem. I decided
that they are not worth doing business with. This was
over 5 years ago and I can see that they have not changed.
Good luck on your quest.

How did you pay? If you used a credit card, you have recourse through them. You will have to wait long enough to establish that the mail has had time to arrive, then you can dispute the charge.

mrfreak - by tracking your package thru the usps website it says your package arrived on the afternoon you posted this. email is not 100% reliable, especially if you used your hotmail account.

osiris4isis - you don't need to repeat yourself over and over again. when you complain all the time your complaints will fall on deaf ears.

To be fair, when this was initially posted, the delivery status for this tracking number said something like "We have received electronic notification that this package was shipped on ?????"

When UPS (not USPS) displays a similar message it means that the company said it was being shipped, but UPS hasn't received it yet (or at least hasn't scanned it yet).

I had also (apparently incorrectly) assumed that this meant the same thing as a USPS status.

On the other hand, when the package arrived a few hours after MrPussyFreak publicly complained, he probably should have come back here and updated the thread with that information.

Adult CD Movies electronically notifies the post office of shipping with that tracking number so it doesn't get scanned into the post office computer. They do scan the package when it is delivered. I wondered what that meant on the first package I had ordered from them and asked the USPS.

As a customer, I don't like that. The fact that the Post Office doesn't scan the package when they receive it, the customer has no guarantee that the retailer actually mailed the package. We are only guaranteed that the retailer scanned it.

By the way, the above statement is meant as a general criticism about the methodology that the USPS is using, not against any retailer that is doing their own scanning. Whenever the Post Office allows a company to do something like this, it lowers the postage that they pay. I can't fault any company for taking advantage of this. However, I think that the fact that the Post Office doesn't scan the package themselves creates a hole in the whole Delivery Confirmation process.

I agree completely! I wouldn't have a problem with it if the post office scanned the package when they picked it up, to make it similar to how UPS does things where you can check and watch the progress of your package as it comes across the country, but as is it seems like a recipe for problems.

It's the post office. It's the holidays. You can't blame the retailer for this. Sometimes you have to give it a little time longer than usual. More often than not, the package will show eventually. If they had a UPS/Fedex option, use it next time.
