So true, and she is a super cool girl, but the barrel hoop ears... ugh... such a shame. IMO, if I google it and you don't come back first, your name sucks. For example, newbie Avery Adair has a great name. Easy to spell, memorable, distinct, and at the top of every google search. How hard is it to meet that basic criteria?

LMAO!!! Yes, pretty weak, but at least she is hot and her performances so far have been amazing. I don't like single letter last names either, like Maxine X or Bridget B. Clearly girls get past it, but why make it hard on me? :)
^ Even harder are the single first names; it seems like 90% of East European girls are called Vika or Nikita or Lara etc. Try putting those into a search and count the millions of possible hits.
God, that struck me as about the worst name I've heard in porn in half a dozen years. I've seen her interviews and she seems totally normal; and pretty with it; my initial reaction was "how did not realize this is just too dumb of a name?" I have a friend who shot for FTV and has a great stage name. It's way different than her actual name; which is so unique that she's the only person on earth, as far as we can determine, with her first name. If it actually weren't her name it would kind of make a wonderful porn name (have to be evasive; don't want any doxxing)

True, but when you think of perhaps the best known female "Longs", the Brit Amazons Angel and Ashley Long it sort of makes sense in a way that wouldn't work for a 5'3" 100lb model entering pornland today.

I'm surprised that there was never a "Wilma Dickfit!" I'm actually surprised that no one has really used Daytona or Ventura as a last name. Granted there was an Anna Ventura years ago, but something like Toni Daytona or Nicki Ventura sounds very beachy, Californiaish, and porny all at the same time. Me personally, I regret at this point using Rosco Fuji as a nom de plume. I should have gone with just Mr. Fuji in honor of the great tag team champion or as a tribute to Hee Haw, "Jr. Samples".

I think some girls choose unoriginal names on purpose, so that when they leave the industry it's slightly harder to search for them. One such girl is Jessica Lynn, a girl who copied the more famous Jessica Lynn. As a result is really difficult finding content on her.

I think every performer needs to accept that the days of hiding from your "porn past" are over. Embrace the career if you like and don't feel shame! however, if anyone thinks their real name will never be found or that their post-porn life will not find out need to understand the world we live in today.
^ Maybe, but it could also be that we only hear about the ones who's past comes back to haunt them. Like a teacher getting fired when her porn career is discovered. There may just as well be plenty that have moved on in life and onto other jobs and never been identified as a past porn star. You wouldn't hear about them.
Prinzzess is one that I find particularly bad but pretty much any name that doesn't sound like a real name is bad in my opinion. Obviously too generic isn't ideal either but names that pile on the x's just look dumb to me.
Sex is natural..one should be proud of doing what they do..money diggers should not come to porn..only genuine people with passion should enter the industry...

While Johnny Castle isn't a bad porn name, the fact that it was the name of Patrick Swayzes character on Dirty Dancing is pretty funny and can give some interesting google results.
The worst one I've seen recently is Addison Lee. Probably not a problem for the US but ridiculous if you're from the UK/London (it's a well known minicab company over here).

Lizz Tayler. Not that bad, but I have a problem each time I note down her name in my book of pornwatching to keep track of what's been goin' on over here. The zz's turns out like LiZZ'es, because I really never learnt to write z by hand, like in a fluent writibng by hand kinda context. Seems kinda nerdy, but I would have liked her name to be Elisabeth Tayler instead. Just for the record.

She started out a year or two before the old gal herself passed away, so maybe she, the brunette born not so long time ago, wouldn't do no harm or what ever. This one has to take the cake, I just watched a scene with Lily Adams, the male talent in the scene goes by...Rion King. You've got to be kidding!!! I started cracking up.
Let me rant a little about Slavic or Eastern European girls that somehow ALWAYS conform and acquire these ridiculously generic, 90s, tongue-in-cheek, english porn names, such as Silvia Saint, Angelica Wilde, Tara Angel, Jane Darling, Alexis Crystal, which makes them actually much harder to look up. The fact that they rarely speak any english makes their "classy" names even more ridiculous. As if the majority of porn consumers were English speaking and/or unable to type in a fairly simple foreign name. So instead of being the ONE Jana or Mirka in porn, you are another freaking Alexis :-)
