I watched volume 3 of this series recently. The girls are not dolled up like usual porn chicks, they look like girls you see on the streets, the tease is great, and it's funny at times.

gonzo is dying from lack of creativity, it's McPorno, some exceptions to the rule of course.

The older BangBus videos were a lot better, felt more raw and less like a professional porno shoot.

Yeah I agree the older Bus episodes up to I would say 2010 were a bit different but in general I find Bus is a step down from other series in terms of the model's looks. There are some gems in some Bus episodes but in general I find the better looking models are in some of the other series.
Also remember that Bus episodes are being shot inside a van in variable outside daylight though there is a light on the camera. Models look different under daylight than under studio lighting. Sunlight gives the full spectrum of colour whereas studio lighting is different.
The van's windows use polarized glass so that you can see out and not see in, that affects the lighting also. How a model looks is definitely affected by the type of lighting.
So the unique lighting characteristics of a Bus episode also set the series apart from others.
I wish Samantha Rone had been in a Bus episode. She shot with BB but not in a Bus.
