I saw quite a number of scenes with Caramel before I stumbled across one that was made before she got her implants. I almost didn't recognize her, she was completely flat-chested. Those big, round boobs really added to her figure, complimenting her big, round ass, giving her a fuller overall appearance. So, I would say in that instance, the surgery was a good decision.
I think she got her boobs in 2004 so anything shot before that would be pre-implants. My favorite scene with her (pre-implants) is probably from First Offense #7 with Peter North.
